Q: What DO you guys buy?
A: This is the hardest question to answer. We buy a little bit of everything – video games, both old and new, toys and pop culture items from the 80’s or 90’s, mid-century modern furniture, bright vibrant items – if it induces nostalgia, we’re likely interested.
Q: Where do you find your inventory?
A: Everywhere! Auctions, estate and rummage sales, flea markets, barns, garages, attics & basements. There’s treasure to be found everywhere. Some people bring their stuff to us and sometimes we go to them.
Q: How often do you get new stuff?
A: We normally put new items out every week and post them regularly on our Instagram and/or Facebook pages.
Q: If I have an item, how much will you give me for it?
A: While we would love to tell you that the item you have is worth a lot, we can’t properly evaluate an item without seeing it in person.
Q: I want to buy something but can’t take it home today. Can I come back and pick it up?
A: Yes, you are welcome to purchase an item and return at a later time to pick it up. We ask that you return no later than one week after your purchase.
Q: Do you offer layaway?
A: We do not offer layaway of any type.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30 Day Vanilla Ice guarantee on pretty much all of the items we sell. For those of you not familiar with this guarantee, the general idea is "If there was a problem, yo I'll solve it". If we didn't describe an item properly, the item arrived damaged or maybe the item never arrived at all, just let us know. We will stop, collaborate and listen and do what we can to solve the problem.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Our current hours are Friday & Saturday, 12-6pm. We are open by appointment some other days and open late on First Fridays!
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been in business at this location since January 10, 2011.
Q: Do you offer consignment for people?
A: We do not sell items on consignment; if we are interested in an item, we will make an offer on it.
Q: Why might you choose to not buy my items?
A: There are a number of reasons why we may decline to buy an item. In some cases it’s condition related, in others it could be more valuable than we are able to spend to buy it.
